Bellflower bulky pickup is scheduled through CR&R

Bellflowerbulky pickupe-waste

Bellflower has a practical curbside detail that can save a lot of guessing after a garage cleanout or apartment move. Bulky-item pickup is handled through CR&R, and it is scheduled before the regular collection day.

Single-family and multi-family customers can schedule bulky-item pickups, including electronic waste, at no charge. Commercial customers are charged by item. The key step is the call: customers need to contact CR&R customer service at least 24 hours before the regular collection day to schedule pickup.

That timing matters because a couch, mattress, appliance, old television, box of e-waste, or pile from a small cleanout should not simply appear at the curb without a pickup plan. Bellflower is a dense southeast Los Angeles County city, and curb space is too useful to turn into a surprise storage area.

Use the trash page for bulky items like furniture, appliances, electronic equipment, residential waste, clothing, and tires. Use the household hazardous waste page when the question is e-waste or something that should not go into regular trash. Some items may need a county collection event, a S.A.F.E. center, or another disposal route.

Before setting anything out, call CR&R, describe the items, confirm the pickup day, and ask where to place them.
