California Porch is owned and operated by Emma Rose Holdings LLC. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean Emma Rose Holdings LLC doing business as California Porch.
Informational use
California Porch explains public information and points readers to official sources. It is a starting map for California places, tools, guides, outdoor checks, property issues, and public offices.
No professional advice
The site is not legal, tax, insurance, real-estate, medical, financial, engineering, or government advice. It does not create a lawyer-client, tax-adviser, insurance-adviser, or other professional relationship.
Use official sources
Public rules, fees, deadlines, forms, maps, and local policies can change. If a California Porch page and an official source disagree, use the official source. Agencies, courts, local offices, contracts, policies, permit files, current law, and licensed professionals control real situations.
