MySantaClara is the city service request hub
Santa Clara residents can use MySantaClara by app or web to submit, track, and view city service requests, with photos, locations, and status updates built into the process.
MySantaClara is the practical place to send many regular city service requests. It works through the phone app. There is also an online request path from the city website.
The steps are simple. Pick the issue. Add the location. Write a short note. Attach a photo if one helps. After you send it, the request goes to the city team that handles that type of problem. An account can help you track progress.
That is useful in Santa Clara because city services can split quickly. A sidewalk repair, pothole, tree trim, graffiti report, utility concern, or code question may not go to the same team.
For a normal city fix, start with MySantaClara and be clear about the spot. For a fire, police matter, medical need, or a problem that needs help right away, use 9-1-1 or the direct public safety number instead.

California Porch explains the path. The official source is still the place to confirm the current rule, fee, form, map, deadline, or office decision.
Use the official page before you spend money, file paperwork, rely on a deadline, or change a property.
