San Ramon service requests get a tracking number

San Ramon's Citizen Request Management system lets residents submit non-emergency city service requests, track progress, and route issues to the right city staff.

San Ramonservice requestscity services

San Ramon’s CRM system is the practical path for many non-emergency city issues. It lets residents send a request, read FAQs, and follow an existing request online.

Once a request is accepted, the system creates a tracking number and routes the issue to city staff. That is useful for problems where the exact department is not obvious from the curb.

Use this kind of request for routine city matters, not emergencies. The better the location details, the faster the city can understand the problem. A street address, cross street, park name, trail segment, photo, or short note about timing can make the request clearer.

If the issue involves immediate danger, a crime in progress, or a medical emergency, use emergency help instead. For regular city follow-up, the CRM number gives you a record to come back to.
