My Hanford is the city report path for everyday issues

Hanfordservice requestsMy Hanford

Hanford uses My Hanford for many everyday city reports. The city page points people toward the web page or the phone app for issues such as potholes, stray animals, code violations, graffiti, tripping hazards, and other local concerns.

The most helpful thing you can do is give a strong location. Hanford has older blocks, alleys, commercial corridors, school routes, and rural-edge streets, so a street name alone may not be enough. Add the address, nearest cross street, side of the street, or nearby landmark.

My Hanford also has a few limits. Some urgent situations and certain animal issues need a direct phone call instead of the app. If the issue is happening right now and needs quick attention, check the city’s FAQ before relying on an online request.

For normal reports, keep the wording factual. A clear photo, a short description, and the exact spot usually do more good than a long complaint.
