Rocklin utility service is split among several providers

Rocklin residents should know that water, sewer, garbage, gas, electricity, and other utility services are handled by separate providers.

Rocklinutilitiesgarbage

Rocklin utility service is not one city bill. Water, sewer, trash, gas, and power sit with different providers, so a move is smoother if you save the contact list first.

For many homes, Recology Auburn Placer is the trash contact. South Placer Municipal Utility District handles sewer. Placer County Water Agency handles water. PG&E handles gas and electric service. Pioneer Community Energy is part of the electric service mix.

Trash schedules have their own path too. If you need a pickup day, recycling help, or a missed cart fixed, start with the garbage provider instead of calling around.

For Rocklin, sort the question before you reach out: water, sewer, trash, power, or account setup. That keeps a small move-in question from turning into a long chain of transfers.
