Access Rocklin is the everyday report-a-problem door
Rocklin residents can use Access Rocklin for many regular city issues, while utilities are mostly handled by outside providers listed on the city utilities page.
Rocklin has one simple door for many regular city issues: Access Rocklin. It works from a web browser or the mobile app.
Use it for problems or questions that city staff can route. The city gives examples like property maintenance, noise, parking, traffic complaints, and other local concerns.
A good report is plain and specific. Pick the request type. Add the location. Upload a photo if it helps. Then add contact information if you want the city to follow up. Rocklin also says requests can be submitted anonymously.
Utilities are a different story. Rocklin explains that utilities and services in the city are owned and operated by private companies. The utilities page works like a contact list for water, sewer, power, gas, internet, trash, and related providers.
So the first question is simple. Is this a city problem to report, or a utility provider question? Access Rocklin is for the first one. The utilities page helps with the second.
