Vista has an app for quick city problem reports

Vistaservice requestscity app

Vista’s Access Vista app is for quick local problem reports. Use it for things a city crew may need to see, like graffiti, damaged street signs, abandoned vehicles, dumped items, street lights that are out, and similar neighborhood issues.

The app lets you send the location while you are standing there. A photo, a short description, and the nearest address or cross street can make the request easier to understand.

You can also track the request and see whether it has been resolved. That helps when the problem is near home, school, a park, or your usual walk.

Use the app for ordinary city issues. For a situation where someone needs immediate help, call emergency services. For a permit, business, or utility question, start with the matching city department instead.
