Vacaville splits utility billing from water and sewer questions
Vacaville residents use Utility Billing for water and sewer bills, but water and sewer service questions go through the Utilities Department contact paths.
Vacaville water and sewer is easier once you sort the question. Is it about the bill? Or is it about the water or sewer system?
Finance handles Utility Billing for both services. Use that page to pay, open or close service, find account help, set up e-bills, or find drop boxes.
Use Utilities for system problems. Vacaville lists a regular line and an emergency line. That is the better path for leaks, water quality, sewer backups, or service trouble.
This split saves time. A high bill, late notice, new account, or payment problem goes to Utility Billing. A leak or sewer backup may need Utilities.
