MySantaRosa is the easy door for many non-emergency issues

MySantaRosa lets people report and track non-emergency city issues such as potholes, street light outages, slides, trees in the roadway, litter, and other concerns.

Santa RosaMySantaRosaservice requests

Santa Rosa has older neighborhoods, creek crossings, hill roads, busy arterials, and downtown blocks, so small public problems can look very different from place to place. MySantaRosa is the simple door for many non-emergency city issues.

Use it for reports such as potholes, street light outages, slides, trees in the roadway, litter, and other service needs. People can report and track issues online, and a photo can help when the location or problem is hard to describe.

The key is to keep the request specific. “Pothole in front of 123 Main” is more useful than “bad road near downtown.” If there is a cross street, landmark, creek path, or driveway nearby, include it.

For emergencies, use emergency channels. For routine city fixes, MySantaRosa gives the issue a place to land instead of depending on a phone call you might never make.
