San Diego city project questions start with Development Services
San Diego’s City Planning page sends property, zoning, and building questions to Development Services. That department handles city project review, permits, inspections, and code work.
So split it in two. City Planning is for the big picture of how San Diego grows. Development Services is for a real address, remodel, or project.
