Access Redondo is the Public Works request path
Redondo Beach routes non-emergency Public Works issues through Access Redondo, while pressing matters can use the Public Works department contacts listed by division.
Redondo Beach uses Access Redondo for non-emergency Public Works service requests. That is the online path for issues that need to be reported but do not need an immediate phone call.
The Public Works directory is still useful because it shows the divisions behind the request: engineering, operations, solid waste and recycling, traffic engineering, and Athens Services for hauling questions. If your issue is pressing or hard to explain, the directory gives you a more direct contact.
For Access Redondo, include the address, nearest cross street, and whether the issue is on the street, sidewalk, alley, beach-adjacent path, parking area, or public right-of-way. Coastal cities can have confusing edges, so be clear about whether something is near the pier, harbor, beach, a residential block, or a commercial corridor.
If the issue is really about trash or recycling service, check whether Athens Services is the better contact. If it is about traffic engineering, operations, or a street repair, the Public Works division list can point you closer.
Use photos when the location or damage is not obvious from the address alone.
