Oakley OnDemand handles report-a-problem requests
Oakley OnDemand is the city's online issue-report path, and it works best when the request includes an address, cross street, and photo if the spot is hard to find.
Oakley OnDemand handles the city’s report-issue requests. It sits near the city’s Code Enforcement information, so it is a practical first stop when a neighborhood concern needs to be sent to the right city staff.
Oakley has older Main Street areas, new subdivisions, parks, schools, and rural-edge roads near the Delta. A request is easier to understand when it has the closest address, cross street, and a note about which side of the street or property the issue is on.
If there is a photo, use it. A picture can show whether the problem is a code concern, a sign issue, dumping, a blocked area, or something that belongs with another city contact.
Do not use a routine online report for emergencies or active public-safety problems. Those still need the proper emergency or law-enforcement path.
