GoModesto is for regular city problems you want tracked
Modesto residents can use GoModesto for non-emergency reports such as street flooding, light outages, illegal dumping, tagging, vandalism, playground issues, and progress notifications.
GoModesto is the city’s trackable path for many everyday issues. It is built for regular city problems that need attention but do not belong in an emergency call.
Use it for reports such as street flooding, light outages, illegal dumping, tagging, vandalism, broken playground equipment, and other city concerns. The page also links to police reports for non-emergency police matters, which helps keep those reports separate from maintenance requests.
The best request is short and specific. Add the nearest address or cross street, what the issue is, whether it is blocking access or creating a safety concern, and a photo if you can take one safely. The app can send progress notifications as the request moves.
If the problem involves immediate danger, call emergency services. For the day-to-day city fixes that still matter, GoModesto keeps the request from getting lost in a phone tree.
