Hollister’s Citizen Request Center is useful because it sorts requests by category before you send them. The form includes options for abandoned or recreation vehicles, abandoned shopping carts, animal services, building, business license, city park concerns, code enforcement, engineering, fire hazard, flooding, and other questions.
