Hayward water and sewer service may not cover every property

For city water and sewer service, Hayward’s Water and Sewer Service page gives the path for starting or stopping service. Use that same page for the water and sewer service application and the Revenue Division contact.
The practical move is to separate three things: account setup, payment, and urgent service trouble. Account setup needs forms and documents. Payment has its own bill path. A water or sewer problem happening at the property may need the city service contact sooner.
