Fontana 311 is the front door for many city service requests

Fontana 311 lets residents submit and track city service requests for streets, trees, sidewalks, parks, graffiti, potholes, and other public works issues.

Fontana311city services

Fontana 311 is the place to start many everyday city service requests. It gives residents a website and app path. You can send the issue and track it.

Use it for city-service items such as street sweeping, tree work, sidewalk work, park issues, graffiti, potholes, signs, street problems, and other public works concerns.

The city services page helps when you are not sure what bucket fits. It separates report-an-issue items from request-a-service items. That keeps a pothole, code concern, trash question, and utility question from getting mixed together.

For a clean request, include the location, a short description, and a photo if it helps. If the issue is tied to trash, sewer, or another service, choose the closest service type before sending it.

Fontana has grown fast. Daily city issues can be spread across busy streets, newer neighborhoods, parks, and shopping areas. Fontana 311 keeps the first step in one place.
