My Davis gives city requests a tracking number

Davis lets residents submit comments, concerns, and service requests through the My Davis form or app, with routing to staff and a tracking number after submission.

Davisservice requestscity app

Davis uses My Davis for comments, concerns, and service requests. You can submit through the online form or the mobile app, and the request is routed to the right staff member or department.

After you submit, you should receive a tracking number and a response with an estimated timeline. That is helpful for things you may want to check later, like a street, tree, bike route, park, sidewalk, or maintenance issue.

Davis is full of bikes, greenbelts, campus edges, alleys, and neighborhood paths. If the issue is not in front of a normal street address, use the closest intersection, path name, park, school, or landmark. A photo can help when the location is along a trail or greenbelt.

The request system is not for emergencies. For normal city issues, though, it gives you a clear record without having to figure out the right department first.
