Chino Hills utility and service requests split by the problem
Chino Hills has a handy split for everyday city chores. Water and sewer billing questions go to Utility Billing Customer Service. Trash service questions go to Waste Management Customer Care.
For water or sewer bills, Utility Billing is 909-364-2660. Waste Management Customer Care is 800-423-9986 for trash service.
Service requests have their own path. Chino Hills uses Request Tracker and the city app. Those can be used for code issues, graffiti, water, streets, street lights, landscape, and tree-related problems.
Public Works maintenance can also be reported by phone or email. The city guide gives 909-364-2800 and publicworks@chinohills.org for that lane.
Before you send a request, take one clear photo if it helps. Write down the nearest address or cross street. Then pick the closest category: utility bill, trash, code, graffiti, street, water, light, landscape, or tree.
