Alameda service requests go through SeeClickFix
Alameda uses SeeClickFix for service requests and quality-of-life reports, with an account prompt for first-time users and a mobile app option.
Alameda uses SeeClickFix for service requests and quality-of-life reports. If you are reporting something like a street, sidewalk, park, or neighborhood maintenance issue, that is the place to begin.
First-time users may be asked to create an account when they submit the first request. You can also use the mobile app if you are standing near the issue and want to add the location from your phone.
Alameda is compact, but the details still matter. Streets can have similar blocks, and some issues sit near parks, lagoons, ferries, bridges, or commercial corners. Add the address, nearest cross street, and a short description of exactly where the problem is.
For a request that depends on location, a photo is worth the extra minute. A clear picture of a broken sign, blocked drain, lifted sidewalk, or damaged curb helps staff see what you mean without another message.
